wrote the first plugin because a player kept dying at spawn and i got tired of fixing it by hand. seven plugins later, all of them live on spigotmc with 2,000+ downloads — quietly running on servers i'll never see.

  • published on spigotmc under the staticpast name and open-sourced on github. seven are live, still updated, used by admins i've never spoken to.
  • the rule was simple: build it for my server first, ship it to others only when the fix was worth packaging.
