I'm a builder. For the last decade I've been deep in early-stage startups - writing code, shaping product, scaling teams, and turning zero into one. I like messy beginnings, real problems, and making things that actually work and sell.

Most recently I was Product Lead at Risk Ledger. I joined pre-seed - no customers, no product, no investment - and helped build it into a platform used by 150+ enterprise organisations, scaling to $10M ARR and 65+ people. I bridged product and engineering while shaping product strategy and driving enterprise growth through key launches.

On the side, I run SuegoFaults - a long-running Minecraft community testing systems around onboarding, trust, and retention. I also build all sorts of projects - from LiterallyJustABag to half-finished prototypes, lean products, creative concepts, and whatever catches my curiosity. I find it fun, while others might call it work.

I'm currently on an intentional reset - stepping away to travel with my partner (also called Dan) and explore what comes next. Follow our journey at @TwoDansOffTrack.
