Bit of a last-minute entry... I'm running the Saucony London 10k in just over two weeks - aiming to raise £250 for Alzheimer's Society.
Not running for a personal story this time. I just think if you're lucky enough to be able to run, you might as well use it to do some good.
Last time, I ran for Prostate Cancer UK. This time, it's for the 1 in 3 families affected by dementia.
