Closing a Chapter, Opening the Next

A mountain with a pink sunset

This week is my last at Risk Ledger - closing out a chapter that's shaped me more than I can put into words.

It's been my second startup journey, and what a ride it's been. From our very first CyLon demo day 7 years ago (knowing almost nothing about cyber) to this years huge booth at Infosecurity Europe, I've had the chance to help shape strategy, direction, and momentum in ways I'll never forget.

Like any startup, it hasn't always been easy. At times it's been a blur - demanding and all-consuming. But it's the people and the problem space that got me through the toughest moments.

Haydn & Daniel - thank you for trusting me from day one and for letting me learn in the deep end with you. And to the product team - Patrick, Arati, Josh, Nicole, Mark and RaΓΊl - building alongside you has been a joy. You've challenged me, taught me and made me better because of it.

Every chapter closes somewhere and for me this felt like the right moment to pause, reset and make space for what comes next. Before that, I'll be heading to Japan with my partner - so any tips are very welcome πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅βœˆοΈ

I'm leaving proud of what we built, excited for how Risk Ledger's story continues - and ready to start driving the next part of mine.
